1) Upper Trapezius Stretch
Do 3 of these per side. Hold for 30 seconds per stretch.
2) Levator Scapulae Stretch
Do 3 of these per side. Hold for 30 seconds per stretch.
3) Scalene Stretch
Do 3 of these per side. Hold for 30 seconds per stretch.
4) Chin Tucks
Do 10 of these, holding for 3-5 seconds per retraction.
5) Scapular Squeezes
Do 15 of these, holding each contraction for 2-3 seconds.
